This has a lot of potential to become a Yuri x romance manga also commonly known to mangadex as "Girl's Love" Category.

A bizarre strong first impression on meeting, then coincidental meeting at the same place several times, getting to know each other little by little, then becoming friends, meeting each other more often, introducing friends to each other, adding drama up to confirmation of their feelings for one another as they get know more of each other's side, confession and so on.
