Even though the MC is off balance, the elves didn't press him in a dirty way. And the MC was even got a very nice weapon. This guildmaster is the predatory one who sees that the MC is mentally off balance. So the guildmaster seeks to bind the MC with VERY unfair bargain requirements. The "belong to the guild" contractual requirement doesn't allow the MC to quit unless the guild is disbanded. It also feels like the kind of rights surrender statement legally be allowed in a society that allows slavery.

What the fuck was supposed to happen here? Fildo's character just took a fucking nose dive, I was thinking she'd apologize and maybe Fildo would be suspicious of her so he'd have a reason to make up with her or something...but this is just so disappointing it's insane. Reading this from the part where he gets pissed over the leader saying the truth till the chapters end was like reading those cringe ass reddit moderators that have like 300kg never leave their room write in a e-girls chat "I'd beat the shit out of him my queen, no one would dare to say something to you"

The whole issue with this situation is Fildo already knew Lunasas was using him. She already admitted to it and apologized for it back in elf country and made up for it by standing in the gap between him and her father who was trying to lock him down in elf kingdom and she helped him continue on his journey although her father was aware of her scheme. Dudes words should have had absolutely no influence on Fildo because he already knew and already knew she was sorry and already knew the true reason she needed his help and that it was more impactful and meaningful than simply joining someone's guild to help them get stronger for...glory and fame's sake.

He didn't really point out facts. Fildo already knew Lusanas was scheming to get close to him because she had already told him way back in the elf country even before they saved the elves and then she made up for it by helping him leave when her dad wanted to try to lock him down (although the elf king let her go under the hope that she would grow closer with him anyway). So, Leo isn't really saying anything that should've influenced Fildo at all here.
