On twitter from ComicEnzymeScans it was stated that this is Just part 1 of chapter 14 and that the 2nd part was supposed to be scheduled to release in the forthcoming Comiket HOWEVER since Cronona-Chan is currently plaguing the world part 2 is in a TBA situation.

But ComicEnzymeScans did say they'll translate it as soon as it's released. So for now we wait and hope that Corona-Chan won't last too long...
