While I appreciate you having a higher quality scan, I have to say this:
1. If this is in English, just use the English names. If nothing else, just use the English Pokemon names. The average person will not care about your authenticity in using the original unlocalized names.
2. The overuse of translator notes. It's one thing to explain that Masara is the OG name for Pallet, but it is not necessary to explain what -chan suffix means. And, if you do, put them in a page at the end of your chapter so you aren't cluttering the borders/gutters of the panels.
3. Please be mindful of the way you typeset.

does not look good. I'm sure it was done that way to cover up the Japanese SFX onomatopoeia, but you need to either put it on one vertical line, or at least give it a dash to imply its one word.
