Can I just say the Prof Oak is absolutely ripped. Like damn, you can't see it in his usual lab coat uniform. It's really nice that in this manga even prof has his own backstory. Which get's expanded on even more later down the line. They already hint at it by showing a picture of him fighting Agatha for the champion title in this chapter. Also explains why Blue is so good of a trainer even at the start
