She'll be fine and move on before long, especially given the manga's fairly grounded setting.

I honestly think Niko might be my favorite character. I tend to have an attraction towards the negative and friction, so villain characters are often my favorites. I wouldn't go as far as to say she's a villain, but she rubs in just the right way to be adorably irritating.
