To keep it short: not if you wash them.
Plants will not concentrate those items enough to give you anything close to a harmful dose with a few rare cases. The reason why things like fish are so apt to acquire heavy metals is because they eat a lot of plants and metabolisms are set to help concentrate trace heavier elements.

The larger thing you need to be concerned with "urban harvesting" is 'city grit' on the plants itself. A mix of air pollants that have settles, rubber & oil from cars, dead skin, and ....well, dried poop both human and animal. So you want to give anything you collect a good, solid, thorough scrub.
