Nah, yandere is all about "you belong to ME, dear, and no one else, and I'll gladly do horrible things to you if you dare cheat on me, as well as the one you cheated with", Hama-chan is simply jealous with a lot of extreme insecurities (understandable, given her backstory). And this chapter was pretty heartwarming, seeing how the owner is adamant about not disposing of Hama-chan and how their relationship is so wholesome...

...though, Hama-chan WILL see hell after being responsible for this list of atrocities)))
