Popular New Title's first item displayed as 0/10 in app [Fixed]

On the home page of the progressive web app for Android the first ranked item in the Popular New Items tab is labelled as the 0th (0/10) item while the 10th item is missing (it only goes up to 9/10). This seems wrong as the first should probably be labeled 1/10 and the last 10/10.

• On the "Popular New Titles" section, added the arrows and enumeration back on mobile (there is a known bug where it shows 0/10 on a certain title, it is known and will be fixed in the next update)
