If he's so skilled at potions, why doesn't he craft one that would cure his monumental thickheadedness my gods.

There's a limit to not getting the hint and this mf clearly blasted past that.
A new arc? And I bet it'll just be as ridiculous and hilarious as before. And we get to see Milva again. Wahoo~

Pretty sure he's not dense. He's intentionally not furthering the relationship any further cause... Kanadia's borderline yandere and he's not ready to properly commit to the relationship, as explained when he was monologuing a few chapters back.
And it's not like he can explain things to Kanadia and tell her to tone it down a bit, because, again, borderline yandere who's shown repeatedly that she becomes murderous just by thinking he's flirting with another woman.

If he even hinted that he wanted to slow things down, he'd be a Skyrim guard married to Kanadia Bates, telling people how he used to be an adventurer like them, but then he took a sledgehammer to the ankles.
It's basically the same situation with the readers for Childhood Friend of the Zenith. Even in the new chapters of the novel, there's always a bunch of people complaining about the mc there being dense. Meanwhile, the chapter is of the mc siting down one of the girls, calling out that she likes him and is being coy about it, and having an actual conversation about it.

Those commenters are the ones being dense there. Please understand that an mc can be liked by a girl and even like her back himself but not be thrilled at the thought of rushing into a relationship with them. Some mcs just aren't enough of a simp to ignore a pretty girl's serious issues/baggage.

Vino has a point about the Phantom Thief. Why would she steal from him? Especially since she isn't stealing his stuff, but a bunch of different peoples' stuff. Also by stealing the jewelry isn't she potentially jeopardizing Vino and Kanadia's adventuring careers? Yeah I know they didn't get demoted to A rank, but it was still a worry for them. They aren't exactly nobility so the Phantom Thief is effectively getting innocent hard working adventurers caught up in her vigilantism. Furthermore, isn't giving the jewels to the poor just gonna paint a target on their back? The original owners likely aren't going to care that someone just got randomly given the stolen stuff, they'll still want it back, and if it's corrupt nobles that owned the stuff then they're just gonna do corrupt noble things and get back the stuff one way or another, likely harming the poor people in the process if they resist. Further furthermore, what use would jewelry be to a poor person? Does the thief think that these people can just waltz up to a pawn shop and trade the stuff in for cash? I doubt that'd work. If they went to an illegal fence instead and sold the stuff there then wouldn't that just make everyone doing so a criminal who could get arrested by the city/slum guards?

Finally, am I looking into this way too much? Yeah, absolutely lmao.

Well yeah, you are looking into this way too much : D

Let me spoil it a bit: the reason she steal from him ( I guess) will be revealed in the next chapter : D

She's so skilled the guards can't even catch her, but nobody escapes the newspaper photographer. Unless this is like a Peter Parker situation? Selling pics of her own crimes to the paper?

Fuck, it's nearly been a year since the last chapter? Or is someone just not putting the raws online?
There are two “official raw” links on the MangaDex page for this title. Both of them stop at chapter 16 and report a release date of last year. I’m not aware of another raw source.

There is a volume being released in October which, based on past chapter counts, would cover up to chapter 16. Maybe they just published enough to finish that volume, and maybe the story might continue if sales are good?
