Yea, that was really short sighted of her. She knows her method is unnatural so why would she go and tell the whole world if she could just tell them her parents went away for some time and then maybe move to another city.

some things are hard to hide forever, depending on how valuable her potions are it wouldn't be that hard to send someone to just spy on her too

altho i'd be petty and charge him double if hes being annoying about it

even tho she was able to get a magic bag it'd be nice if it could customize to open to only her tho i guess it'd make it harder as a thing to sell unless you can adjust mana or so but idk if the guild also has a bank system versus just keeping the coins in ur own bag

Something something 'the plot demands it' i can imagine her getting dragged into making potions for important ppl/not as constantly on the move as the other potions girl but even if some 'high potions' can like, restore limbs/eyes it's not as if she's the only one in the world who can make them, it's just maybe slightly easier for her, material gathering aside (tho hopefully it's not a forced romance)

pretty sure her age wasn't the issue, more so that she lied about how the potions were made. he probably wouldn't have paid that much if he knew they were this easy to make.
i can't say i blame her too much though she's got almost no clue how the economy works in that world at this point

She really wasn't being deceptive though. She just didn't correct his mistaken assumptions about her.

And honestly, the apothecary was really helpful to her, but he also was incredibly careless. I mean, he never verified that the content of the bottles were in fact potions and he was willing to buy those potions from someone he had never done business with before. He never asked anything about her nor the origins of the potions; he just assumed she was running errands for her parents. Why would someone with parents who make potions, which is a complicated task, need to know where an inn is?

I wouldn't call it rare, I still see it enough to maybe call it uncommon, but definitely not rare. But the one thing that I never see is the MC actually returning. But then again, most Isekai stories I have seen are incomplete LN or anime with 1 or 2 seasons.

Seen plenty in the last few decades where they return, some forcefully and others by choice. It is however becoming more rare though. Or it's part of the basis of the manga for the transmigrator to return home to a now magical world. Or it was always magical, and they obly now notice because of their enhanced capabilities.
