This manga is so good! I dont know why they dropped it. It has already a second part "Prey 2" and both of them have 100 chapters. So what I'm doing is to go to the main page in Naver https://comic.naver.com/webtoon/list.nhn?titleId=724274 and with the Google translate app or Google Lens i take a picture and it gets translated. It's some work but is worth it

@FEARMONGER All the mangas picked by this group are amazing. So, they might have their own reasons for this. So, the better question would be why isn't anyone else picking this up? And this just shows th sad reality that most groups are only after popular series. Well anyway Death Scans has picked this up. Hope they continue till end.
