So far there is living people who can look like monsters as shown in chapter 1-2 they seem to be harmless kinda reminds me of homunculus manga the shortcoming or main thought of someone changes their sub conscious appearance
Okay, so on a reread, I realized what those were. You're talking about her friends, right? After she took the pill?
That was just the normal effect of the pill.

The pill normally just makes you hallucinate scary shit. MC (Park Yeoung?) states this at one point, and says that what Minji's still seeing is not because of the pill. What it did to Minji (reactivating her ability to see these entities) was an unintended side effect.

So what she saw there, her friends as monsters, was probably just the pill doing its normal thing.

Then there is the "stando powa" type similar to the first one tho its a separate manifestation doesn't warp your self also seems harmless shown in chapter 3 though this one could have just been beside that guy on coincidence
I think this was like you say, just a coincidence that it was next to him. Although, if these are twisted, corrupted ghosts of some kind (and not just monsters), it could have been something it did when it was alive in a similar job as the guy. Or the author just put it there for the symbolism of a monster mimicking a human, but for much darker reasons.

There was that doctor/patient ghost at the hospital when fmc vist her mom actual dead harmless but can effect things like hunter monsters if wanted to
It's unclear if that was actually harmless or just distracted for a while. It really seemed intent on turning the TV on for some reason, and really happy when it succeeded. Then it seems to disappear, but it's not clear if it's because it achieved its goal, or because we are now seeing the room as a normal person would see it, which the manga sometimes shows us. If it actually disappeared, is it because it "moved on"? Or just went elsewhere?

then there is the hunter monsters the ones actively seeking the living for some reason probably not just killing
And here it is, the monsters. You hit the nail on the head, they are hunters, not just dumb like zombies killing on instinct, they seem to have some goal they are hunting to achieve.

So potentially everything we see other than the pill hallucinations at the beginning could be hunter monsters, they just may not have all been hunting at the time.
