If you search the ecchi, smut or even the sexual violence tag, you may be surprised to find that the vast majority is comprised of Japanese manga that depict very underage schoolgirls that typically fall in love with their teachers and socially awkward adult men. The loli tag itself is mostly comprised of manga that range from slice of life to straight up porn and even incest. Sick crap isn't exclusive to manga or manhua either.
