"Shin" is definitely Shinmura or one of the higher ups (my guess is Shinmura because, come on).

This makes it pretty clear the organization, or at least a part of it, set up the circumstances they then preyed upon to start the game. (the third player is still a bit of a mystery. She's definitely important, but probably not in the same way Katsumata and Eyama are)
Eyama is definitely being set up for something, either a trap, or some sort of 'test' going along with whatever the real goal of the game is.

Glad this series got picked up again. They've got a pretty good mystery going for what was originally torture porn.

Now i'm 100% sure Eyama will make up with Aya, and both of them will get a good end after all of this.

it seems the author want to make the roots of eyama bullying more obvious by making this staged by the game maker. the problem how will eyama react to this or how the author make a plot twist based on how obvious the hint are. don't cut this like they cut underdog please.

They just plotted and created various scenarios for people to go insane and join the game..
The goal is for the players to move on and forsake the previous grievances orchestrated by the prison game planners?

Shin huh... With the current clues it can be either "Shin"mura (very obvious) or Harakawa with the clue on him saying he was making a game. Or maybe it was neither and these are just red herrings just to throw the readers off.
