I get a bit distracted, because the guy is sometimes shown as having red lips, as-if wearing lipstick. The woman (so-far) never has her lips shown the same way. I get confused over whether it is really a guy -- but the genre is marked as Romance with no Girl's Love tag.

Thats not his lip thats his tongue, his mouth is open to show he's talking in those panels
