I'm elated that someone picked this up just days after I spotted it on Naver and began wishing someone would. (I can't ead Korean.)

And doubly elated these authors started another series instead of working on The Breaker, which I don't read and don't care about. I really enjoyed Trinity Wonder and was kinda annoyed at how often people who couldn't think of anything better to do went to the comments to dis it and pointlessly bray for season three of The Breaker. Very rude in my opinion. Seems the authors also don't give a damn about that sorry lot and decided to do something else instead. Must be fun to spite them.

Looking forward to more chapters.

Oh right, forgot to mention in the notes that I know Yokai is Japanese, but the Korean term here (요괴) comes from literally the same characters (妖怪). A more accurate term would be "spiritual creature" or smth but since a lot of people already have some idea about the meaning of Yokai, I just went with that.

the only reason I read this is because I read "The Breaker", this author and artist would not have visibility without this series.
I understand that they do what they want and at the same time I understand the person who asks for a sequel that was eagerly awaited
you said you have not read it, but I think that if you have not read it is precisely because you know that the author will never finish this story.

it's a bit like "star martial god technique" (even others works of Mad Snail)
what's the point of reading this story when you know it was botched, yet the story is interesting
so when you are part of the idiots who have started reading such a story it is normal to feel abandoned
you could have been one of those idiots too

few years ago I started to read "upgrade specialist in another world" if I knew earlier, that from chapters 700 the author has decided to make story is no longer making sense...
(a small inconsistency in the first 100 chapters and suddenly one per chapter)
this kind of bad experience means that sometimes we do not want to support an author when he needs it the most.
At the beginning

Please don't assume things. I don't read The Breaker because the synopsis didn't remotely interest me. I don't like martial arts-centered stories, unless they are something along the lines of Trinity Wonder (a reverse isekai with touches of cyberpunk, mixed with fantasy). Kid who goes from bullying target to supreme master of murim has never been my thing.

I understand that people may long for more of The Breaker, but I think they should vent their frustration in comment sections of that series, and not come spoil the enjoyment of readers of their other series. Sure, they are entitled to write what they want wherever they want, but I am also entitled to dislike that and take pleasure when those tantrum-throwers are even more frustrated.

I came because the author did Ruler of the Land, and was curious at the other work he's done. Didn't know he was the author of The Breaker as well. The Breaker's not bad, but the milquetoast MC certainly didn't do it wonders. Veritas does a much better job with the whole Murim-in thing, though too bad that a part 2 never happened.

This feels more like the Breaker than RotL, so I'm not terribly excited to see what happens next, but it's only been one chapter. I'll read a few more to see where its going to start heading narratively.

Honestly it feels like the plot is only moving forward by piling up the coincidences, so the progression is kinda unnatural

I have come back here after reading chapter 47 and only now realized that the old lady is wearing the same kind of ring as the one socheon got from the fox.
