If you mean Lazy-chan, she premiered a few extras ago.
If you mean the girl, she's senpai's little sister that Rin occasionally looks after. She had a few appearances in the main series and extras.

Edit: my bad. She's Rin's sister, not senpai's. For some reason I got things mixed up.
