That's why some groups even try to hire people with no prior experience as long as they're willing to be taught and have the time to spare (font choices isn't much of a problem when joining experienced group). Cause heck, depending on the amount of pages and dialogues per pages, it's still hella time consuming (at least I'd rather just sleep; excuse me, I'm an edgy piece of shit who doesn't even have the motivation to live). More so, it's really voluntary work unless explicitly stated otherwise (some people actually quit midway due to this reason).
