Yeah it's some bullshit lol, nothing like that existed back then, even if they were steroids. Also those "muscle enhancers" must have been seen by the medical staff eventually when they test her vitals, blood, urine, etc. This old lady's motives are so convoluted and weird too; doesn't make a lot of sense or have good backstory.
