I can't seem to find how to see, browse or search for public lists - is this a feature, or am I looking for something that doesn't exist?

MD lists? There is no centralized area to browse those no, you need to go to the user's profile directly to see if they have any public lists, e.g. Like this

Thank you! It would be really cool if there was a centralized area to browse, since it seems tricky to discover otherwise
