Go to the main site(not here on the forums) and click the profile image in the corner. Then click settings. There are three setting in there that you should pay attention to. Original Language Filter will only show manga which were originally published in selected languages(this does not mean that they have chapters on this site though, as they mainly deal in third-party translations). Chapter Language Filter will filter out any translations of chapters that are not in selected languages(if you select a language in here, you will only see chapters on a manga if they have a translation for said languages on the site. This may lead to some or most manga appearing, but not having any chapters, because they were not translated into that language). Interface language will change the interface text to the selected language, but only has four languages right now. I do not recommend setting the original language, but would instead recommend setting chapter languages to languages that you can read. Once you set the chapter language setting, go to advanced search, and click the 'show filters' dropdown box. After that, click the 'has translated chapters' checkbox(you must do this every time you use the advance search section, as there is no setting to keep it always on) which should then un-gray the dropdown box under it. If you have already selected chapter language filters, then they should already be checked off in there, if not, you need to check them off every time you open this page. Now, simply search for manga with the search button, which is under the advanced search section, and you should be golden.
