I recognize the art style for those eyes! It's Uguisu Sachiko, commonly known for his manga, You Will Hear the Voice of the Dead, it's pretty good.

Her style here is more conventional, more so than her usual, and yet it's dissimilar to the PMMM original style. What we get is a careful visual treatment, which also demonstrates her artistic chops, IMO. Quite professional. She did indulge herself with the rotting corpses, though, lol!
