I have a dark feeling that both Kazuya and Ryuichi will be killed off, at least (or rather "killed" in case of Kazuya given how superhuman he is; afterall, slashers usually never die permanently). And I say this since I smell a repeat of how the second half of Part 1 went with the roles reversed.

Tbf, it did have some lacking in Slasher antics later on at times, but it all might head back to it by the look of things on the creators' twitter accounts but I can't disclose it for spoiler reasons and that even I don't know the full details (yet).
