Argh, like wtf is goin' on? I feel dumb now, telling many chapters ago, that he couldn't not know. But this makes no sense ffs. Like ok, the fact, that the name is exactly the same and they look exactly the same isn't enough for him. But we know for a fact, that he knew family. Doesn't it bother him, that the cousin is exactly the same as well? And what about mother? So easy to check, even if you don't have their phone number. And why did he come to some distant town, to the exact same school? Doesn't it make much more sense to start searching where they left off?? THIS DOES NOT MAKE FREAKING SENSE! @Jet He doesn't recognize the cousin, it's been several years and he is shown to barely even remember what Itsuki looks like. Also he's using a different name as well. I don't think he'd expect his male childhood friend to suddenly become female. The doctors themselves dont believe his family that he was originally a boy
