I was going to make a note in the end about this but I forgot, so I am writing it here instead.
About Nanpa's pronunciation, his last name in kanji is written as 南波 and pronounced as Nanpa. But how does the misunderstanding happen? When you read a name in Kanji, you can only guess how it is pronounced (or you already knew the pronunciation from before), so writers provide us with a pronunciation guide next to, or above, the kanji to let us know how to pronounce the name.
Here's the problem:
This is what we usually see in the untranslated chapters. What does the pronunciation guide say? なんぱ (Nanpa) or なんば (Nanba)? The text is too low resolution for many people to tell. We know it's Nanpa because we've seen it a few times written in a larger size in previous chapters where we can clearly see it's ぱ and not ば, but it seems some Japanese readers did not know or remember and asked Maeda-kun about it.
