the wife cheating and husband being not only okay with it but wanting to rekindle passion? The main guy trying to hide him having sex with the wife? The main girl has the typical too many love letters, the nerd girl's backstory being lackluster and unrealistic, really, sex was boring but gundam was more interesting? felt like some retcon to not make her a virgin, cause nobody is in this story, everyone's at higher odds of divorce in the future, and STDs presently, poor kids if they have any
It's certainly hard to find mature stories, maybe "10 Days of happiness", "Ajin", "Blooming Love", "Asper Kanojo", "Highserk", "Hope you're happy, Lemon", "MAD", then obvious ones like "Frieren" or "Fragrant flowers"
It's odd how all "mature" stories (as far as I'm aware) that evolve around sex don't value virginity/chastity, like it's either for pleasure or not, nothing in between, though, "Tokyo ghoul:re"ch125 did intimacy pretty well, but I'm not much of a fan of that story,
looking back, neither verbally said it was their first time, but how they act and react it's obvious it is, along with knowing their past it's easy to see it, kind of funny subversion he's the one to cry (for obvious reasons)

Said it before, I'll say again, relationships are meant to be stable, then things are added onto them, it shouldn't be built with ephemeral feelings, or sex (it's not a thrill ride), and things like children shouldn't be added to try and mend it
I feel you give this story too much credit for what it's worth, it could have been really sweet in them having a falling out, due to differences (could easily be their distress over not being able to get emotional support when they need it from the other), and both staying loyal but lying to keep up their facade, instead, sex is just endlessly dumped into it for drama
The sex of this story could've become "more intimate focused" and "less for pleasure" with time, it blows my mind this hasn't been thought of as a main plotline, but whatever
This story's bad, I'm not going to pinpoint every detail why, the art can be pretty good, but there's better art elsewhere
People said the author changed the story or something so the main girl wouldn't be having sex with other guys, but who cares? She already
slept with her past boyfriend (with a deadpan), and he's had sex behind her back (with a wife, I forget, but did he know? did he actively hurt a marriage? what a catch for a future husband oh joy), they're both whores, her parents divorced, that obviously affects her immensely, her whole backstory is "fix her", that's not realistic at all (she can't manage her own internal problems, that says enough), she has no familial worth, same to him, no happy ending is possible,
