It's the same storytelling as their YouTube channel. They never fully explain anything and leave it up to you to fill in the blanks. As someone with an overactive imagination, this is how I prefer my horror.

Hmm..I'm guessing whoever's rewriting the manga is confessing to being a witness to something. 8 somethings, in fact. Let's see if I can guess them all, dead body, murder, last seen a missing person, last seen missing person, someone started a fire...

Considering the normal contents of Q and the ongoing motif there of the 'mirror dimension' and how beings from them interact with us through our eyesight with mirrors and digital devices (aka black mirrors), it's honestly relieving to see just see editors confessing either their own or someone else's crimes. Just plain ol' humanity

I also noticed some references to the YouTube videos.
1. The blurred faces on a family photo from OBSCURE and HELTER SKELTER.
2. The man in white clothing in the mountains always looking behind him is perhaps a reference to SANCTUARY or LIVE STREAMING since it could mean both one of the journalists or one of the cult monks from the former, or the whistleblower (the livestreamer) in the ritual from the latter.
3. The shadows all over the final page looked too deliberate to just be a stylistic choice to make the page look creepier, and if there is one thing that is almost a signature element of FDQ videos, then it's those shadows...
4. I thought the room number (3-104) might be from FLOWER OFFERING or even MOTHER but maybe I am just misrembering.
