Honestly I don't give a damn to this guy's backstory, it's obvious that he was a psychopath and horrible person from the beginning, there's nothing more to elaborate on. I guess the author is trying to milk the story.

He is basically Light Yagami but more of a highschool bully. Light's life was boring until he found the death note and Choyun was always bored until he got the system. Such a niche trope honestly.

actually quite enjoy this, not knowing the “big bads” backstory wouldn’t seem right, and it’s basically a condensed version of our main guys story
