Probably Elder Scrolls logic of the "High Elves" being the original ancestors so the loli would be the oldest.

Dark has proof she is old already so she is likely next.

Forest is being mysterious about her age so she could be next or before Dark, hard to tell.

And plain Elf goes last cause she has a disdain for humans in specific, which would imply she has less experience in handling other races.

yup, forest is the chuuni version of medieval magical elves imo. So should be youngest.
As for plain elf, I rather feel like she might beat both the others (and place second oldest), simply because her response was the least detailed and simply disappointed (been through this rodeo way too many times already). Besides, grandfather isn't that many years ago.
