I think the chairmen has to be non-human. That "Indebted to your mother" line doesn't make sense if she's a teenager. What debt could you possibly owe to your friends mom that results in you having to care about said friend? Definitely sounds like some kind of Guardian situation going on there.

Yeah I agree she could also be non human, but I wasn't sure because I thought it might be Meika San maid situation, where the mother helped her as a child and she just felt indebted. Though being a non human could be just as likely, I'm not sure what the answer is

I'm sure the answer is meant to just be "what do you think?" since it's so vague that there's no way to give a definitive answer unless you like taking pure shots in the dark. I think they're just thought experiments for fun, y'know? See where you can stretch your logic.

But the junior isn't "disguised as human(s)".
As for the others, I can neither tell whether they are non-humans, nor whether they are attempting to disguise as humans.
But as others said, chairman might be non-human due to non-standard relationship to a mother, and mother might be non-human due to having green hair. So transfer-student is the only pure "nothing implies she is, and nothing implies she isn't" char.

I think the mother and chairman are human and the other two non-human. The junior seems to be a vampire cause she has fangs and pointy ears while I just have a hunch that the transfer student might be non-human since transfer students tend to be special one way or another.
