For the Second: Hmm... I'd like to think a Normie is different from a Tourist, specifically because the usually depicted Tourist has an arrogant air of confidence, while a Normie is just Normal. We're all normies at one point, it takes a real bung-hole to be a tourist.

Both terms are used pejoratively. The term "normie" is usually used to describe someone who is conformist and has boring tastes. They probably only like standard things. "Tourists" are accused of infiltrating certain subcultures and ruining them
