But why is message count important? Was there like a trophy given to people for low message count? Am I missing something?
To me, message count is only important if you're preparing something really important for a message milestone. Otherwise, you can just shitpost away to 25,000 or smth.
Or it could be that you are worried about the fact that "the more message you send the more digital footprint you leave behind" logic
Funny thing, for the few months of my forum existence, I was deeply afraid of
my time here being discovered if I ever made it big, and then getting "cancelled" from association. That's probably because I spent most of my time back then doomscrolling on twitter. Honestly, I bet a part of me was kinda hoping I would become popular enough to get an expose doc written on me lol.
It would nice to experience a little fame before the inevitable end, though...
