Ok, now it has the "Traditional games" tag.

from what I recall, scant few of these games have been translated to english (either by publishers or fans).

namely Tokyo Nova, Double Cross, Tenra Bansho Zero, and Sword World 2.0.

Ok, with (kindof) permissions, I shall go on about various JTRPGs that are featured in the manga. Most of the games use just D6s unless noted.

Alshard
Alshard is a JTRPG with a somewhat simplified system, what makes it unique is other core books, namely Alshard GAIA and Alshard ff are fully compatable with each other. So you can have a fantasy knight from Alshard, a Mutant from Alshard GAIA, and a robot warrior from Alshard ff play together in the same session and not be bogged down by the rules.

Tokyo Nova
Tokyo Nova is pretty much Japan's signature Cyberpunk TRPG. Instead of dice, the game uses a deck of playing cards (or a Tarot deck). Oddly enough, you have to weight in your successes with your failures in order to play well.
There is a fan translation of the game currently being worked on Here.

Double Cross
Double Cross is a near future TRPG where players are Outers aligned with the general government. Outers are people who have contracted a virus which causes mutations triggered by strong emotions, along with these mutations, come great power, and with great power, come the potential to go too overboard that you become the monsters you were assigned to stop. Think Chainsaw Man with Dragon Quarter. The game makes uses of multiple d10s. The game has an official translation that you can buy Here.

Chaos Flare
Fight against the destructive forces of the Demiurge as you protect the hellscorned realms of Origin and it's neighbors. Uses D6s and Playing cards.

Angel Gear
Set in the year 1999, where the second world war did not finish. Use mecha to fight against biological weapons.

Arianrhod
All the fun of playing an MMORPG, but without needing any extant hardware needed, aside from books. You can locate Translations for the second edition game here.

Night Wizard!
Night Wizard is a modern day TRPG involving being an "Ordinary" school kid by day, but also defending the school by night from fantastical beasts. There has been a Video Game adaption, an Animated Adaption, and even a Manga Adaption.
There was supposedly a Fan Translation of the game, but it has since been lost to the Aether, unless discovered.

Tenra War
Tenra, as I'll call it, is a "Hyper Japan Action" and "Fantasy Western Gunslinging" TRPG that plays in the style of Kabuki Theatre with a Spaghetti Western. Don't expect to keep your character every session. There exists an official translation of Tenra Bansho, the more Japan focused side, going under the name "Tenra Bansho Zero: Heaven and Earth edition", It lacks the rules of being a Gunslinger from Terra the Gunslinger, but it is readily available to purchase Here.

Seven=Fortress
Fight to save the fantasy world of Lars=Feria, The game is also compatible with Night Wizard, allowing you to use each other's characters in their respective games.

Blade of Arcana
An Epic Fantasy world where Engraveds fight for glory and adventure. Uses a D20 system and a specialized Tarot Deck.

Tenka Ryouran RPG
A Fantastical Japanese TRPG adventure. Consider it an exclusively Japanese L5R.

Beast Bind Trinity
Fight it out as monsters in a modern day setting. You can pick up the fan translation Here.

Sword World 2.0
THE original Japanese TRPG! Set in the world of Raxia, a world created by three sentient swords, heroes explore the world seeking fortune, glory, and myths. The previous version of the game, Sword World RPG, is set in the same world as Record of Lodoss War and Rune Soldier Louie. 'side from that, there exists a VERY PASSIONATE group of Fan Translators out there currently working on the game, and have gotten almost all the major SW2.0 books translated. Along with continuing progress on Sword World 2.5 (the latest version of the game.)
Said same group also did the translations on a Manga adaption of a Replay.
You can grab the very extensive fan translation of SW2.0 (along with other Sword World related stuff) Here!

And with that, that is all I have to say thus far.

Am I the only one noticing a pattern that most of the games featured in this manga are by FEAR?
