I feel like in terms of what the main pairing has yet to go through, this is more of a requirement to remove doubts towards them being tbe main pairing. We've seen them help each other, address the others insecurities, enjoy time together and grow feelings for one another, we havent seen them think about a life apart from one another significantly. I feel like having these two temporary pairings (i hope atleast that the next mini-arc; seems to be heading there since amou is too nice specifically towards the feelings of her friends not so much the stuco dude, and the mc is still too cowardly to acknowledge how selfish he wants to be with amou) are just going to be there for that reason. For both of them to realize just how much more enjoyable some moments with the temp pairings are had the one they were with was the other person. The modt comedic thing would be for them to organize a double date and having the losers be so god damn frustrated that they just bitterly ship them throughout the whole double date. This doesnt feel like it'll be a climax that leads to them dating, it feels more like a climax that helps them define that romantic climax to come.

With all of the respect i can muster, as someone who reads the movie description at the end, i really appreciate the effort but i would be happy with a gpt or imdb summary if it helps with faster chapter updates, or have the movie be a .1 chapter that can be uploaded whenever.

I really love the movie description and even watch some of them but they have been less prominent to the plot in this latter galf of the series unlike the early days, maybe it can be a .5 chapter like most of the side stories

While I understand the idea behind doing the movie reviews in their own side-chapter, it doesn't really change the pace of uploads. Either we do a movie review side-chapter after each chapter, and then the next chapter is still held back by having to do the movie review, or we completely skip the reviews and then do every movie review once we've finished translating the manga, and I don't think I'd be able to keep up the motivation to do some 30 odd movie reviews in a row.

I just look at the last 5-10 movie review page and i don’t know what the reception would be but i feel the first and last paragraph is the important bit as the author original impression of the film, So Just as a suggestion (sorry if its nonsensical or something since i never experienced tl a manga) you can translate the first and last paragraph of the review (mainly the author introduction and impression) and by your interpretation just paste the most similar synopsis (usually middle paragraph) from imdb,letterboxd etc

Idk how much a solution that is but I think its the best of both worlds. Thanks for the work tho, really appreciate it

For me the story is more important than the movie summary and losing motivation to finish the next 30 chapters because the summaries kill all drive is a worse case scenario, i read manga for long enough to see people lose drive to finish translations once series is over so my feedback is based on that experience haha

We're gonna finish the story no matter what. It's only a matter of not having the motivation to do every movie review on their own if we put them all off until the main story is finished, and I don't want to leave anything out for people who enjoy them, so unless anyone signs up to do them we'll just keep working like we have been, and doing our best to keep it at a good pace.
