This story has at least similar experiences of different manga/anime titles I've seen. One of them is Esper Mami by Fujiko F. Fujio. The protagonist is named Mami Sakura, a highschooler esper. She's once invited to a school movie club. Mami herself doesn't look like good at acting. And as expected, she was asked to act naked in a scene, as the "scenario" demands. She eventually quitted the movie club, but not with a psychological scar.

And in the other one was in anime, I forgot its name, but it's College Movie Club, and the M.O. is the same. The female member rejected the scenario for the same reason, being naked for the sake of "art" and "scenario". The Club disbanded after that too.

Either it's just a trope, or it actually happens, is very disheartening to see those assholes doing such a thing, usually using a girl who doesn't know better about herself.
