This is a oneshot doujin by Shima Tokio (Oshibana, Dachi no Imouto, Gemini wa Otoshigoro author) released for a doujin event earlier this month.

I have submitted the translated version to the Translators Unite program, so in the future there could be an official place to buy the English version if you want to support the author (and only the author, I've declined the payment bounty for the translation). Will update with a link if/when it gets approved.
