That said while you can't be pleasant 100% of the time i imagine they'd prolly need to hire 'tough' personalities to deal with patients all day, it's not as bad as that one hentai-nurse series or so that basically tortures the mc of that one series but that's a wildly diff story not as 'grounded in reality', i guess, as this series is (although she doesn't seem that bad if she's like "im willing to save patients" and such versus being callous about letting some ppl die
