@Voila
You keep saying that it would be fast, how said that being fast is the best for? Do anyone is rushing us to work faster? The only thinking that is for sure is that the other TL is just second class at least.

@coldtavi
That's the spirit! You can read this second class TL and be happy with it bro, nothing bad if you don't have a brain to see which TL is better and don't care of course just keep reading this TL and be happy with it; we wont stop releasing Rainbow in our pace.

@BaganLee shut the fuck up bro someone's gonna do your job coz your lazy ass won't do it. You don't own the manga to care about who's translating or not. Fucking bum.

@BaganLee dude you could have simply moved your ass and actually done something. Popular monthly mangas like AoT get scanlated within 24 hours of its release if they have a team that is passionate and has time to do it. Now i dont say you have to put out 1 Chapter every 24 hours, but 1-2 weeks is DEFINETLY not too much to ask for. But your lazy ass and your group takes 2-4 months to put out 1 chapter. That is simply ineffective and slow.

And like others mentioned previously - i rather read a slightly worse TL if it means this manga gets finished scanlated in due time (1-2 years) Cuz fucking honestly the Anim has been out for a decade now and this story NEEDS its conclusion.

@baganlee Well...there's no 2nd class tl or 1st class tl. As long as the translators can deliver the exact meaning from the original text, that's already correct translation. There's no best or worst translation in this situation for both of the translator teams. Their translations are correct.

Tbh, this is what happened when 5 or 6 members try to translate 5 to 6 or more Manga, because in the end some of project would be cancelled or they were tiring themselves until some of the members became toxic and finally the group disbanded.

Final note. I'd prefer translator group that is consistent with their upload along with correct translations. I/we don't need 1 chapter for every 5 to 8 months. And I agree with what @drumztv said, leave it with a team that passionate and has time to do it.

As a former TS for a few different groups, here's the score as I see it.

@drumztv SSRTT should really have reached out and offered to collaborate to help speed things up. Or gave a notification of their intentions beforehand so that the incumbent group was not completely blindsided. Common courtesy among scanlation teams.( If you already did that, then you're covered.)

@BaganLee That said, if you're taking 2-4 months to put out a 19 page chapter, there's something wrong with your group and it's neither courteous nor feasible to lay claim to a manga. I'm well aware of the challenges of scan/life balance, but if your team is taking that long, you may need to consider shedding some projects or identifying where your bottleneck is.

I disagree with coldtavi though, definitely would not want a half assed translation just to see it out quicker. Fortunately in this case, the quality of both scans is comparable, including the translation. I personally like SSRTT's typesetting better, as it makes for an easier read, but Hyakuro's has better SFX (very well done) and better cleaning.

Thank you to both your teams for your hard work.
