Nothing interesting really happens, i totally forgot about bro wanting to be a magician, it crops up again when he meets his master who’s a magician and they make shit happen. Bro’s still OP and never struggles with anything but being a moron.

I’m thinking the magic decline is only a badly drawn up plot point. most of the people who could use spirit bomb level 10 magic are still alive and are either villains or waifus.

There’s also some bullshit about killing greater threats than the demon lord, aka gods so we can all see where this is going.

Wow, I just noticed it's "second reincarnation" kind of background. I remember another JP manga one, the one living first as sword emperor then as magic emperor then as normal adventurer. I think second reincarnation more often used by CN manhua, so seeing it in JP manga is pretty rare. I have never heard of one used in KR manhwa tho.
