I usually defend Tsuyax2 for these sorts of "worldbuilding" chapters, like Yuuki sensei getting to know the blonde bimbo better, unlocking a new fetish, etc.
But honestly, we've been doing this for almost half a year now.
Sex scenes with her husband used to "keep the viewer patient" until the eventual scenes with Aki himself, but now that her husband is away we don't even get those, and now that Yuuki "hasn't talked to Aki in a week" we don't get scenes with Aki either.
This manga is such a drought right now that the prequel has more action going on.
This whole volume is a test of patience in an already drawn out manga.
Get to the action already, Tsuyax2.

The prequel follows Yuuki sensei's journey of how she became a nympho, or how she "awakened".
It's different because the "sexy" scenes in the prequel are solo; Yuuki has never been with a man before her husband and Aki.
It still manages to be a welcome surprise with how it handles the premise, and builds on Yuuki's character. It's pacing is also better than this manga.
In the prequel chapter comments you'll find many people praising it, compared to what happens here.

No and I don't think he ever will, not with the neighbor at least. It started with him getting turned on by her and fantasizing about her. Now it seems he actually fallen in love with her, which will just make things worse, since she is a natural airhead and won't even consider it a possibility, not to mentioned she's married. The relationship with his former assistant didn't go anywhere and now she prioritized her career above him and that's a good thing, but will probably leave him even more hopeless and blueballed. If I were to guess it will end with them never crossing the line and after two years are over they'll go their separate ways again.
