You mean some kind of preview? To help with the search and language-wise I recall being told that the devs are already on that, about finding entries with no chapters on "recently added" it's quite normal, as they may have been waiting for the draft to be approved to start uploading chapters. If the issue is about finding titles in "advanced search" that fill the criteria and they have no chapters, well, you can always add them to your library so you get notified as soon as one of your preferred languages choice gets an upload. Maybe a "no chapters" signal could be useful, but personalising it to strictly English can backfire. If it's about hentai, check on 3rd party pages and enjoy, you can even request some uploads to the site, but if it's licensed... then do as a good pirate (or not).
