Just logged on to the site and saw I got some random message in my inbox 4 days ago out of nowhere. I don't even know this person, never talked/seen them before.

I don't get it, who's this person and why does it matter for me who they block? Is there something I'm missing here?

I wonder if he blocked the wrong user on accident.
Still wouldn't see the point of firing off one last salvo to someone getting blocked; it's nothing like a BAN message from the mods.

The type of person who sends a message notifying you of them blocking you probably has some sort of web addiction and mental health issues. To them, blocking you seems like a punishment. In reality it's a Freudian slip revealing that they have no one to talk to. They project their isolation onto others in an attempt at grasping at whatever attempt at power they can get. The fear of someone reaching out only to cut them off is instead inflicted onto others. A cry for help is all it is.

You probably said something that they didn't like, so nothing lost.

Maybe he just wants to be polite.
And doesn't realise it's a pointless thing to do.
Like how some people say sorry ALL the time, even when it's not their fault.

Doesn't mean you directed some post to him. Could just be something he didn't like.

Since you don't know them, this isn't really a problem. People like this exist everywhere on the internet. I would suggest just to ignore the message and delete it (if you can, I don't know if you can delete messages.) I would also suggest not replying to him at all - that is probably what he wants from you and will keep on bugging you if you do so.

Return the favor. -w-

I only block people who annoy me. Did you comment on any manga?
