@Solistrad Yes the 馬鹿 part I wasn’t sure about since Inue turning to face the window. so it seemed to me that it was a response to Makoto despite it seeming like it was his response to seeing the goons. If it was a response to Makoto telling him to wait, “Nope” seems the most appropriate given his cursive tone up til then. I’m open to any suggestions though. ‘don’t be stupid’ maybe, but I tried to keep it a one word response. Are you suggesting I actually use the Japanese word “Baka”? I’m not sure I fully understand what the mistake was. The text over the face I did fix though, thanks for letting me know.
Edit: Actually, I understand now after looking. Inue is calling Makoto stupid for shouting and drawing attention to them, rather than for telling him to wait. You are right, it really should be “You Idiot” or something like that.
