When MC evolve after the fire mountain dungeon, the world decide to declare him a raid boss and send out announcement to all the other 'awakened' people.

And instead of waiting for people to show up, MC sent out challenge declaration for this holy war so they'll all show up at once to a designated spot.

Then it's just been him powering himself up by going around doing dungeon and then come back to do this hell camp to level up his troops.

Brotha, on some games, if the in-game system announcement (or someone in chat) says there’s a free-for-all boss raid that rewards participation, you wouldn’t even blink since that’s just how the game’s dynamic system is. Games like Firefall (when someone calls in the big thumpers), Destiny 2, FFXIV (for S-class bounties and boss FATEs), etc.
