I think her story was that she liked eating stuff that was starting to go bad or entrails or something she evolved from goblin to ghoul/rot type things.

They do have names, its just that iirc in goblin culture their race/prominent characteristics are added as prefixes before the given names.
eg:
Gobu-rou(狼), Gobu-kichi(吉), Gobu-mi(美)
Oga(ogre)-Rou, Oga-kichi, Dham(dhampir)-mi

And I guess it rubbed off to when he started dealing with other races and humans. Though a handful of supporting cast have proper given names mentioned one or twice.
While Aporou's kids in the series are the only ones currently called directly by name.

Maybe I'm late in my realization of this, but so far Aporou has only had children with humans. Didn't they say early on that goblins cannot procreate with other goblins? Perhaps since they all evolved from goblins Aporou cannot ever have children with Kanami or any of the other female members of his upper echelon.
