re-reading, and while it's hard to say with certainty, I can't help but wonder if gobumi isn't mayumi from his past life reincarnated, I mean if miss (probably yandere) stalker decided to kill him while he was semi-drunk that night, she'd probably also go kill the pretty girl who was drunk at his house too
admittedly it's pretty much impossible to tell given how mayumi's face is completely blacked out in chap 1, but given the similarity in names and figure and his sense of familiarity on top of that, I'd say it's a decent chance

a bit late, but (for context) for the male elves, it initially said they were handed over to the female goblins to sate their urges, and I have to assume when it says subsequent elves were initiated in the same way, that meant now rou probably just handed the elf guys over to the nearest horny goblin girl over and over until they submitted...or possibly rou just tortured them until the ear piece got put on, but I very much doubt he raped the guys

Concerning the male elves.. After all the things Rou has done, turning bissexual would be the least weird one. lol
Although I doubt that's the case, since It's a japanese manga.. I mean, outside the Shounen/Shoujo-ai and Yaoi/Yuri genres, It's pretty damn rare for homo and bissexuality to be even mentioned.. And whenever It is mentioned, It's usually depicted as something detrimental/hateful/gross or simply as comic relief. :s
All in all, It's _sickening funny how homo/bissexuality is viewed in such a negative way by the general public, when they're mostly fine with slavery, sexual violence and pedophilia. :v

Well, perhaps not the majority of them, but still theres a pretty damn big percentage of the japanese population that are either 'fine' or even enjoy those 'genres'.
The number of adult mangas with said 'genres' speak for itself. There wouldn't be so damn many if people didn't buy them. :z

The number of works within those genres wouldn't always imply that there's a large percentage of the population who would like those.
A lot of these works are also translated to English - would this mean that a large percentage of the English-speaking population is "fine" with these sort of things?
Instead, it could mean that some niche audience consumes a lot of these media, so with that demand, there would be also a lot of works that would cater to them (e.g. furry porn).

True, although I never meant to imply that the japanese people are the only ones at fault here, unfortunately creeps exist in every country.
But It's also true that pornographic works with such genres are 'openly' sold on japan, while that would be most likely illegal on almost every other country. Specially the ones depicting pedophilia.
Perhaps It seems like I'm being overly prejudicial to the japanese, but that is just my opinion.. Anyways, I only meant to rant about how negatively homo/bissexuality is depicted on almost every manga outside the genres Shounen/Shoujo-ai and Yaoi/Yuri in comparison with other things that actually deserve the 'hate'. :b
