I mean it is a virtual world so even if it looks sleeveless having on anything considered “armor” is still full protection like how ppl don’t wear helmets to see npcs faces, or there are but they’re “invisible /face mods”

Tho technically it did pierce thru his stomach/I imagine a shadow monster would be able to ignore armor
