[Reader] menu drop down causes scroll down. [Fixed]

When I click the drop-down menu for either page number, or chapter number the page scrolls down.
This happens on both clicking to open, and clicking to close.

If the menu is pinned both the manga and the menu is scrolled down, if the menu is not pinned, only the menu is scrolled down.

This seems to happen in both firefox and chrome.

Seems like I just missed that one, but yeah if it can scroll down it will.
