[Reader] Vertical scroll bug with 2pg chapters on Brave mobile

Minor scrolling bug I noticed on Brave mobile (android)
Only occurs with the vertical scroll reading format
Only occurs on chapters that are 2 pages long
Bug occurs if you scroll past the first page and try to scroll all the way back up to see the title header. It bugs out and keeps trying to "pull" you down to the second page. You can get past it by going really slowly

I also have this issue sporadically using the DuckDuckGo mobile browser. Most often seen with https://mangadex.org/title/af6f72d6...ha-ochame-na-okusan-to-no-nichijou-chabangoto

Thanks for the video.

From my testing, this seems to be a Chromium issue, as I could replicate the bug on both desktop and mobile versions of MS Edge and Chrome, but not on Firefox.
And maybe it also has other conditions like image size and display resolution as some chapters on the title linked by Hicleric don't trigger the bug on desktop for me, but it does on mobile.

Regardless of all that, this has been added to our issue tracker.
